Cindy Harris
Cindy Harris is a Mexican American comics artist and illustrator currently based in Kansas City, Missouri. She graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in Sequential Art and minors in Illustration for Entertainment, Concept Design for Animation and Games, and Language and Cultural Studies with a focus in Spanish.
She has worked as a letterer for Clarion Books, on books such asThe Do-Over by Coni Yovaniniz and Rodrigo Vargas, Evelyn & Avery by Elle Pierre, and Pillow Talk by Stephanie Cooke and Mel Valentine Vargas. She has also worked as a color assistant or flatter on titles such as Webtoon Original Muted and Lo and Behold by Wendy Mass and Gabi Mendez.
Outside of comics, Cindy works as a freelance illustrator tabletop games, such as Romancing Jan, a Regency inspired cooperative storytelling game played by mail in an inclusive, decolonized alternative history, produced by Incantrix Productions, and All the Witches, an original TTRPG with deck building mechanics exploring the diversity of witches in a fantasy world.
She enjoys exploring themes of identity and growth, and especially likes how they intersect with fantasy, horror, and history and period pieces.
